1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zen Nest Stays. By accessing our website zenneststays.com, submitting a booking inquiry, or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of Zen Nest Stays services.

2. About Us

Zen Nest Stays is a private holiday bungalow property located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. We offer a luxurious 3BHK bungalow for short-term vacation stays for families, groups, and travellers.

3. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability confirmation by our team.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Zen Nest Stays via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, with a full refund issued if the cancellation is initiated by us.

  • Bookings made through third-party platforms (if applicable) are also subject to the respective platform’s terms in addition to ours.

  • Minimum stay duration may apply depending on dates and season. Please confirm at the time of inquiry.

4. Payment Terms

An 100% advance payment / booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Details will be communicated at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated by our team at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Zen Nest Stays reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp to be valid.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disaster, government orders, etc.), we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Zen Nest Stays reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy for peak seasons and festive periods. Any such change will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM (Noon)

  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

  • Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID for all adults at the time of check-in. This is mandatory as per Indian hospitality regulations. Acceptable IDs include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.

  • Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of check-in without a refund.

7. Guest Conduct & House Rules

By staying at Zen Nest Stays, all guests agree to the following:

  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. The number of guests must match the booking details.

  • No parties, loud music, or disturbances beyond 10:00 PM out of respect for the neighbourhood.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalow. Designated outdoor areas may be used.

  • Pets are not permitted on the premises unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

  • Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Any such incidents will be reported to the authorities.

  • Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, and amenities with due care and respect.

  • Outside visitors not listed in the booking are not permitted without prior approval from Zen Nest Stays.

8. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.

  • Any damage discovered during or after checkout will be assessed and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

  • Zen Nest Stays will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

  • Zen Nest Stays is not liable for any personal injury occurring on the premises due to guest negligence or misuse of facilities.

9. Property Use

  • The entire bungalow is available for exclusive use by the confirmed guests only.

  • 2 dedicated car parking spaces are available for guests.

  • Use of the kitchen, terrace, balconies, and common areas is permitted within the house rules.

  • Any additional services (meal packages, caretaker assistance, etc.) are subject to availability and separate charges.

  • The property is serviced with daily housekeeping once a day. Guests are requested to cooperate with housekeeping timings.

10. Caretaker & Staff

  • caretaker is available on call throughout your stay for assistance.

  • Guests are expected to treat all staff with courtesy and respect. Any abusive behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund.

11. Website Use

  • The content on zenneststays.com, including text, images, and descriptions, is the intellectual property of Zen Nest Stays and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update the website content at any time without notice.

  • Zen Nest Stays is not responsible for any technical errors, downtime, or inaccuracies on the website.

  • Unauthorized use of the website, including hacking or data scraping, is strictly prohibited.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites such as Instagram, Google Maps, or nearby attractions. Zen Nest Stays is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Visiting such links is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

13. Force Majeure

Zen Nest Stays shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, riots, or power failures. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and find an equitable resolution.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the State of Maharashtra.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Zen Nest Stays shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
